She plays a crucial role in ensuring that clinic letters are meticulously prepared and delivered within 24 hours of the consultation. Her attention to detail and e ciency in managing follow-up schedules as recalls help prevent patients from being lost to follow-up, thereby supporting continuity of care and optimal clinical outcomes

Bonnie is a Social Media and Content secretary at Children’s Allergy Doctors. She graduated from Henley Business School at the University of Reading with a MSc in Business Economics and a BSc in Business Finance. Since she has spent time working on various social media and content creation projects as well as with internal data collection and manipulation to streamline business processes.
